Cecilia B

Frame of Irreverence is the freelance design studio operated by Cecilia B (aka Beth Massura). As a young girl, she enjoyed making flyers for the neighborhood girls' recycling club and signs for her front-porch nature museum. Today her focus remains on community efforts, but her reach has expanded beyond her backyard.

Cecilia has worked with a number of Chicago-based youth arts organizations and social activism collaborations. She has completed the coursework toward a Master's degree in Arts Management, concentrating in Arts in Youth and Community Development. Her thesis, which is in the works, will address the use of the Internet as a means for community-based artists and organizations to display their work, swap ideas and network with others.
